We had a great time out in Vancouver for the Under Armour Eastside 10KM Race! Our team set up a pop-up shoe trial and photobooth on packet pick up day – where runners had the opportunity to try on the latest Under Armour running shoes before they even hit stores!!!
On race day our Brand Ambassador’s cheered on runners as they completed the tough 10KM loop. We set-up a ‘Recovery Zone’ for runners to stretch out and relax – and enjoy the victory of completing the race.
The CFL is a storied league with a rich history of ‘gridiron heroes’ and the Go Bee Team along with the Canadian Football Hall of Fame (CFHOF), Nissan and Kubota helped bring them to life for people in Ottawa. These stops showcased Player Busts and artefacts from great moments in the league, the Grey Cup and even team Mascots for photos memories and fun.
Great to see Brad Tierney (1988 Blue Bombers Grey Cup Champ – now a motorcycle cop!) With RedBlacks Jon Gott and Big Joe! Even the Mayor of Ottawa, Dick Dinelle was at the Canadian Football Hall of Fame Archives Tour at B&T MacFarlane Kubota today!
Go Bee continued it’s 13 year relationship with the Dundas Cactus Festival August 18th to 20th and helped produce the biggest Cactus Festival to date with over 105,000 visitors to the Valley Town featuring the legendary David Wilcox, 80’s and 90’s stalwarts ‘Spoons’, internationally recognized ‘The McCartney Years, the McCann Dog Stars, Big Air BMX Stunt show, an expanded Family Fun Zone, 100+ Vendors 4 musical stages and more!
Apart from 100’s of volunteer hours planning with the Dundas Cactus Festival Committee, led by our President Steve Deighton, Go Bee provided logistics and event staffing to help manage the new 550 seat outdoor food and beverage ‘Festival Patio’, secured new sponsors, delivered over 1,500 surveys for a Festival Impact Study, and assisted in booking events, promotions and advertising for the event.
Music, Entertainment, Food, a Family Fun Zone and more all helped raise the level of the event to higher peaks than ever before!

With summer festivals in full swing, we can’t help but miss watching hockey every weekend!
This year we teamed up with Under Armour and helped to cheer on the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Montreal Canadiens in the 2017 Stanley Cup Play offs!!! We set up a cardio wall where hockey fans got to test out their reflexes and see if they could beat the highest score…it’s harder than it looks! After getting in a good workout, fans got to take their picture inside our Under Armour photo booth and dress up as Mitch Marner or Carey Price!
It was a crazy few weeks driving between Toronto and Montreal – but we wouldn’t have had it any other way.

December, 2016 was a month full of fun events around here.
We set up a Cider Nook at Dixie Outlet Mall which ran from December 16th to 21st. A fun way for holiday shoppers to take a break and enjoy our lounge with some hot apple cider! A holiday event to remember!
Plus, between December 16th to 23rd, we were set up at CF Sherway Gardens for the VQA Holiday tasting experience! It was all about tasting and educating our holiday shoppers located in the Laura Court.
Mobile Beverage Sampling ‘Bassmobile’ project featured the custom creation of a mobile English Pub dedicated to Bass Ale and premium InBev brands. Called a ‘Best in Class’ promotion, the Bassmobile touched over 4.5 million people across America visiting special events, licensees, wholesale and trade activation’s.
The best way to sell products is to establish an emotional connection between a consumer and a product. The best ways to create an emotional connection with someone who has never tried your product is to give them an experience with it.
A great interactive event that ran August 12th to September 4th, 2016 with one of Canada’s largest enclosed outlet shopping centres. Dixie Outlet Mall hosted the VR Adventure Lounge. The Lounge featured the latest in virtual reality technology and interactive gaming alongside complimentary WIFI, snacks and beverages to enhance the thrill of back-to-school savings and discount shopping at Dixie.
In partnership with Samsung, the free VR Adventure Lounge featured the new Samsung Gear Virtual Reality, a completely portable, comfortable to wear, and simple to set up virtual reality goggles.
